I am Cherri Kulp, a certified executive coach and the founder of Internal Garden™ Coaching & Leadership Solutions (formerly UnEarthed Coaching & Consulting). I specialize in helping entrepreneurs and professionals break through mental barriers to reach their peak potential. My path to becoming a specialist in leadership development was shaped by more than just academic study; it was built through overcoming the same real-world obstacles my clients face. Even while spearheading major community projects and driving policy change, I battled imposter syndrome and low self-esteem. I understand the weight of doubting your own seat at the table, and I have mastered the tools needed to claim it with authority.

By blending professional expertise with deep personal insight, I offer a unique coaching experience. I hold a Master’s in Public Service Management and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute. With a specialized certification in Emotional Intelligence, I help leaders align their strategic goals with a powerful mindset. My methods for confidence building and personal growth are rooted in resilience and evidence-based psychological practices.
